I like to grill medium sized shrimp in my grill skillet pan. Sometimes, I leave the tails on the shrimp and other times, I peel them. This recipe is very simple and makes a good protein for dinner on a weekday.
Ingredients:
Medium shrimp
Olive oil (extra-virgin)
Seasonings:Olive oil (extra-virgin)
parsley (to taste)
chives (to taste; I LOVE these)
ground black pepper (to taste)
chicken bullion (tiny bit to taste)
red pepper flakes (if you want it a bit "hot" and spicy)
paprika (tiny bit for more color)

1) Preheat grill skillet pan on medium to high heat until hot. Brush or spray with olive oil. (*If your grill pan starts to smoke, just reduce the heat.)
2) Wash shrimp in a colander. (* In this recipe, I like to leave the tails on but you can remove the tails in this step.)3) In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with spices.
4) Place each shrimp one at a time in the grill pan.
6) Allow shrimp to cook another 5-6 minutes before pulling them out with a pitchfork.
*Serve them on a pretty platter as a main meat dish or over a salad such as my Healthy Green Salad.
