Fruit Plate Project - http://www.fruitplate.org/The Fruit Plate project is a beautiful set of 200 photographs of fruit arrangements made for his children's breakfast. He thought that arranging the fruit in an interesting way would encourage his kids to eat more fruit. Roger's second intent was to continue making art.
