Hi folks...My name is Angela and I write this blog to document my own journey
towards optimal health through a lifestyle of healthy eating. In this
blog, I include my favorite easy recipes and other personal entries
involving my own struggle with weight, digestive problems with my
stomach and maintaining my health.
I consider myself a foodie but
not a fanatic. I believe in natural ingredients for easy home cooking. I
eat healthy 99.9% of the time and occasionally enjoy a treat.
