RECIPE: Raspberry Spinach and Swiss Chard




For those of you who love raspberries and greens, this is a good one! This article is a healthy recipe for easy to make Raspberry Spinach and Swiss Chard. The swiss chard is great in Vitamin K.

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients


1 bunch of fresh organic spinach, coarsely cut
1 bunch of fresh swiss chard, coarsely cut
1-2 tablespoons of raspberry vinaigrette dressing
fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon of general Tso sauce

Instructions

1)      Heat a medium skillet with water (until it boils)
2)      Steam swiss chard first  for 3-4 minutes, covered
(It has a heavier texture and needs more time)
3)      Stir in raspberry vinaigrette, ginger, tso sauce
4)      Uncover pan and add spinach.  Mix thoroughly.
5)      Cook entire mixture an additional 2 minutes.
