We all LOVE takeout food. Around here, we have takeout food every other weekend. We have Chinese food, hoagie sandwiches, cake and ice cream. You may be thinking, how do I do this on a Paleo lifestyle. The bottom line for me is that living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean that you have to starve yourself or give up the foods that are enjoyable from your favorite takeout restaurants. My hubbie and I are both foodies.

Although, I'm the only one who is Paleo with a sensitive digestive system, we both have become accustomed to altering our takeout food to make it more healthy and less harmful.
