My current eating style is a combination of Paleo (not strict as I eat some diary but mainly fruits, veggies, meat, nuts, seeds), low sugar and natural seasonings. Some of my staples are not the best for me but I don't mind because 99.9% of what we eat is high-quality and good for our bodies. My body responds well to lean protein, mainly veggies (raw and cooked), little to no sugar/salt and plenty of water and herbal tea on occasion.
I've learned to eat this way after many, many years of experimenting. My BIGGEST problem now is actually trying to lose more weight without killing myself. Once I went on Paleo, my body weight stabilized and doesn't move. Not a bad problem to have EXCEPT when trying to lose the weight.
