RECIPE: Honey Lemon Steamed Kale

This article is a healthy recipe for easy to make Honey Lemon Steamed Kale. Kale is in the cruciferous (cabbage) veggie family along with broccoli, cabbage, bok choy and brussel sprouts. It is considered a super food in that there are sooooo many benefits to eating it.






 

 


Ingredients


1 bunch of fresh kale, coarsely cut
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Instructions

1)      Heat skillet with a little water (until water boils)
2)      Steam Kale for 5 minutes, covered
3)      Add lemon, brown sugar. Stir well.
